Delivery: Offers to deliver skips are always subjected to skips being available
Delivery dates are estimated as closely as possible and every effort will be made to deliver as promised.
We can not be held liable for late deliveries or collections as our business is subject to may factors that could negatively affect our skip hire service delivery, like traffic congestion, punctures, breakdowns, rain etc. We will endeavor to keep you posted via email or telecom that we will not be able to collect or deliver your bin on that day. No refunds will be issued but we will give a credit for the next delivery date.
You will be entitled to cancel or vary an order provided that BIN IT! receives notice of variation or cancellation no less than 3 working days before the delivery date under the order. Any other variation to your order will be granted at BIN IT! sole discretion and subject to payment of reasonable costs.
Liability: No verbal conditions or guarantees, expressed or implied shall be binding on the company. Under no circumstances is the company liable for charges of removal, other expenses or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever.
Payment: Payment must be made in full via COD or EFT before the bin is delivered.
If a long term client invoices will be sent by the 25th of the month and FULL payment must be made by the 30th of each month for that particular month
While any account of the customer is overdue, the company may withold or suspend performance of any contractual obligation to the customer.
The customer shall be liable for all costs of an attorney (including collection commission and advocates fees) in the event of the company having to institute legal action of any amounts due and/or owed by the company
Interest will be charged to overdue accounts at the maximum rate as allowed by law from time to time.
